BEMAC UGS-21 belongs to the ship/industrial automatic generator control system launched by BEMAC (formerly Uzushio Electric), which is designed to provide fully automatic start stop, parallel operation, load management, and fault monitoring functions for diesel generator sets.

Control panel: LCD/LED display with manual/automatic switch button, alarm light, emergency stop button
Input/Output: Multiple analog/digital inputs, relay outputs (specific quantity depends on the selected module)
Communication interface: RS-485, CAN bus (used for communication with the upper system or other modules of BEMAC)

Product features:
Automatic start stop (ATS): When the mains voltage drops or the power grid fails, the controller automatically starts the generator; Automatically shut down after the restoration of mains power.
Parallel/Parallel Operation: UGS-21 supports multiple generators running in parallel, providing protection such as synchronous inspection, equal phase, equal frequency, and equal power distribution.
Load management: Automatically connect/disconnect loads based on real-time load demand, supporting graded load steps.
Monitoring and alarm: Real time display of key parameters such as voltage, frequency, speed, oil pressure, cooling water temperature, etc; Provide sound and light alarms and remote transmission of fault information.
Interface board: Equipped with UST-201-D (interface circuit board) and UST-205-D-1308E (PCB) for signal acquisition, communication, and I/O expansion.
Compatibility: UGS-21 can be integrated with other BEMAC generator control units, ship power management systems, and third-party PLC/SCADA.
