3500/42M-01-00 128229-01 is a Proximitor Seismic I/O module in the Bently Nevada 3500/42M series monitoring system. It is used to convert signals from proximity and seismic sensors into electrical signals that can be processed by the system, enabling real-time monitoring and protection of key parameters such as vibration, displacement, and temperature of rotating machinery. This module supports internal termination (internal terminal) and can also be configured with external termination version (128240-01), but internal termination is the most commonly used configuration.
Main functions：
Vibration/displacement monitoring: 3500/42M-01-00 128229-01 receives signals from accelerometers, velocity sensors, eddy current (near axis) sensors, or specialized seismic probes.
Temperature monitoring: can be connected to bearing or lubricating oil temperature sensors.
Speed/RPM monitoring: Supports speed sensor input.
Oil quality monitoring: compatible with oil quality sensors (oil pressure/temperature).
Alarm driver: 128229-01 can directly output 4-20 mA alarm signals to achieve mechanical protection.
