446W0696P001 is a dedicated power distribution terminal board for GE Vernova Speedtronic Mark VIe turbine/gas turbine control system, belonging to the cabinet power supply matching IO accessory board. 446W0696P001 is installed inside the Mark VIe mainframe as a carrier for the whole machine’s DC power supply branching, filtering, and short-circuit protection. It uniformly distributes 24VDC control power to all rack components such as VPRO protection board, IO terminal board, communication module, speed measurement acquisition card, etc. It integrates multiple independent insurance, anti surge filtering circuits, and screw connection terminals. It is mainly used for control cabinets of thermal power combined cycle, gas power plant, and refining turbine units to ensure stable and reliable power supply for the entire speed regulation and protection system.

The external 24VDC DC main power supply of the receiving cabinet is divided into multiple independent branches internally, which respectively supply power to the main control protection board, analog/switch IO board, communication card, and speed measurement acquisition hardware, achieving independent isolation of power supply for each module. - Branch short-circuit overload safety protection
Each power supply branch is equipped with an independent fuse. When a single board circuit is short circuited or overloaded, only the corresponding branch fuse will be blown, which will not cause the whole machine to lose power and avoid the shutdown of all protection systems of the unit. - Standardized centralized power supply wiring carrier
Integrate multiple sets of reinforced screw terminals, unify the external power supply incoming lines and branch power lines of each module, organize the cabinet wiring, facilitate inspection, power-off maintenance, and measurement point modification. - Online monitoring and feedback of power supply status
Onboard power detection circuit, real-time collection of voltage output from each branch, uploading fault signals to the main control, generating power loss alarm in the upper ToolboxST software, and quickly locating the power loss branch.
