The 330180-50-05 belongs to the Bently Nevada 3300 XL series of eddy current sensors. The entire eddy current monitoring system consists of three parts: the sensor, the probe, and the extension cable. The total length of this model is 5 meters and it is the core component for monitoring the state of rotating machinery. It can convert the gap change signal collected by the probe into a standard voltage signal and output it to the monitoring module and DCS system. It is widely used for key unit protection monitoring in industries such as thermal power, petrochemicals, and metallurgy.

- Combined with 8mm/5mm eddy current probe, non-contact measurement of shaft vibration, shaft displacement, and expansion difference of the rotating shaft; It can also collect key phase and speed signals to achieve real-time monitoring of the unit’s operating status
- Convert the eddy current changes induced by the probe into DC voltage output for backend system analysis, alarm, interlock protection, and prevent major faults such as shaft collision and rotor damage in large rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, fans, and pumps
- Realize signal conditioning between the probe and the upper monitoring equipment, provide stable excitation, and have fault self checking to identify probe disconnection and short circuit abnormalities.
