VE3005 KJ2003X1-BA2 is an Emerson DeltaV DCS system MD series process controller module, serving as the core computing unit of the DeltaV control system. The VE3005 controller collects on-site analog and switch signals from various I/O cards through the Localbus, and performs PID continuous adjustment, sequential logic control, batch control, and arithmetic operations; Connect the upper control station with other controllers through dual Ethernet interfaces, issue control instructions to the on-site execution mechanism, and complete event recording and fault diagnosis. Support 1:1 redundant hot standby, no disturbance switching in case of failure, VE3005 is the core main control module of chemical and power plant DCS systems.

- MD series high-performance controller, 200MHz processor, supports complex control algorithms such as PID, sequential control, batch process, etc., with short control cycle, suitable for continuous chemical process control.
- Support 1:1 dual machine redundant hot standby. In the event of a main controller failure, the backup controller will automatically take over without disturbance, avoiding device shutdown.
- Dual independent Ethernet ports, network redundancy, improve the reliability of upper level communication; Localbus bus interacts with I/O cards at high speed.
