Emerson VE4032S1T2B1 Redundant Digital Output DO Card Assembly
VE4032S1T2B1 is an Emerson DeltaV M series 8-channel 24VDC high edge redundant digital output DO card assembly (equipped with a redundant terminal base, card body model KJ3202X1-BA1), belonging to the DCS control system I/O module. The whole set includes two DO card bodies and a dual width redundant terminal base, supporting a 1:1 redundant architecture; VE4032S1T2B1 receives switch control instructions from the DeltaV controller and outputs a 24V high side drive signal to control on-site solenoid valves, relays, contactors, and other actuating components;

Main function:
- The whole machine adopts 1:1 card level redundancy, with dual cards working in parallel. In case of power, channel or communication failure of the main card, the backup card seamlessly takes over the output to avoid process shutdown.
- 8-channel 24VDC high side digital output, with independent optoelectronic isolation for each channel to isolate on-site interference and protect the DCS controller.
- Support hot swapping, allowing for the direct replacement of faulty cards without shutting down the cabinet, reducing the risk of device maintenance downtime.
- Channel level hardware self diagnosis, real-time monitoring of wire breakage, short circuit, and load faults, with timestamps uploaded to the DeltaV operation station for alarm.
- Suitable for ISA G3 corrosive environment, PCB with three anti coating, resistant to dust, moisture, and vibration, suitable for long-term uninterrupted operation of factory control cabinets.
- Equipped with a dedicated redundant terminal base, designed to prevent incorrect insertion and simplify redundant circuit wiring; Panel LED indicator light for quick viewing of power, communication, and channel status.
- Unified configuration management by DeltaV system software, channels can be individually enabled/disabled, adapted to valve and auxiliary equipment logic control.
