Woodward easyYgen-3000XT 8440-2088 Generator Set Integrated Controller

8440-2088 is a comprehensive controller for Woodward’s easyYgen-3000XT series easyYgen-3500XT-P2 generator set, designed specifically for diesel/gas generator sets and combined heat and power CHP units. 8440-2088 integrates functions such as engine protection, speed control, generator voltage monitoring, automatic synchronization, grid/islanding load management, and multi machine parallel load sharing; Collecting signals such as engine speed, oil pressure, water temperature, and three-phase voltage and current of the generator, automatically completing unit start stop, fault protection, and automatic switching (AMF), supporting parallel operation of mains power, islanding operation, peak shaving, and combined heat and power supply control. Multiple units are networked and coordinated through E-Net and CANopen bus, which is the core control unit of power station automation.
