X-SB-01 985210207 is a HIMA HIMax safety instrumented system bus module used for safety bus interconnection between racks. X-SB-01 is responsible for secure data transmission between different HIMax racks, achieving redundant secure communication between the CPU main control rack and the remote I/O rack; Transmitting safety logic signals, on-site I/O data collection, diagnosis and event information, supporting multi rack expansion, connecting I/O modules scattered in different cabinets to the same HIMax safety system, ensuring the deterministic and highly reliable transmission of ESD and BMS interlocking signals. X-SB-01 is the core communication module for multi rack expansion of HIMax system.

1. Dual redundant system bus, parallel transmission of A/B bus, single bus failure does not interrupt safe communication, ensuring SIL3 safety level data exchange.
2. Support multi rack cascading, which can interconnect multiple groups of HIMax racks, expand system I/O capacity, and adapt to large-scale device safety systems.
3. Supports long-distance expansion of fiber optic cables, suitable for on-site scattered cabinet layout scenarios, with a maximum communication distance of 19.6km.
4. Support hot swapping, online module replacement will not interrupt the operation of the entire safety instrument system, and maintenance downtime is short.
5. Built in complete bus diagnosis, real-time monitoring of communication links, data verification, module faults, and uploading fault information to the system.
6. Comes with a PADT debugging network port, used for program download, configuration, online diagnosis, and in conjunction with SILworX software debugging.
7.  Deterministic real-time secure communication ensures low latency transmission of emergency interlock signals and meets the rapid response requirements for ESD emergency shutdown.
8. Rack slot installation, seamlessly compatible with X-CPU01 and X-series I/O modules.
