Bently Nevada 177230-00-01-05 is an integrated seismic vibration velocity transmitter with built-in piezoelectric acceleration sensing elements and signal conditioning circuits. It belongs to the category of chassis vibration monitoring sensors.
Product features
- Integrated design of sensing and transmission, with piezoelectric sensing and signal conditioning integrated into a stainless steel casing, eliminating the need for a separate preamplifier, reducing the need for supporting spare parts, and making installation simple.
- Two wire circuit power supply, standard 4-20mA output, directly connected to DCS/PLC analog module, simple on-site wiring, suitable for conventional control systems.
- Dual signal output: 4-20mA for long-term trend monitoring and alarm; Independent raw acceleration dynamic signal, used for spectrum analysis and fault diagnosis.
- Built in fault self diagnosis, the sensor outputs below 3.6mA or above 21.6mA when there is an internal fault, which facilitates the system to identify sensor failure and avoid false monitoring.
- 304L stainless steel shell, protection level IP66/NEMA4X * *, dustproof and waterproof, resistant to humid and oily industrial site environment.
- No need for on-site calibration, factory calibration is completed, and it can be used directly after installation, reducing the workload of on-site debugging.
- Low lateral sensitivity, lateral interference<5%, reduces measurement errors caused by non measurement direction vibrations, and ensures acquisition accuracy.
