HIMA H51Q-HRS belongs to the HIQuad H51q series of safety PLC complete safety control systems, and is HIMA’s highly reliable Safety Instrumented System (SIS) hardware complete rack system. The entire system includes a secure CPU, power supply, communication module, IO slot backplane, and HRS represents the redundant secure rack version. H51Q-HRS is mainly used for industrial safety related interlocking protection, real-time collection of on-site process signals, and operation according to preset safety logic. When the process exceeds the limit or dangerous working conditions occur, it triggers emergency stop, closes valves, avoids major safety accidents such as explosions and leaks, ensures the safety of personnel, equipment, and production equipment, and meets functional safety requirements.

1. Supports SIL3 level functional safety certification, meets the IEC61508 international functional safety standard, and is suitable for high-risk process protection scenarios.
2. Adopting a dual redundant CPU architecture, the processor, power supply, and communication links can all be redundantly configured, and a single point of failure will not cause system shutdown, ensuring the continuous operation of the safety circuit.
3. Modular rack design, allowing for free selection of analog and digital input/output modules, flexible expansion of IO channels, and adaptability to projects of different scales.
4. Built in backplane fault diagnosis, real-time monitoring of module, power supply, communication, and line status, and quick fault location and alarm.
5. It has multiple communication protocols and can be integrated with DCS and upper monitoring systems to achieve data exchange between security systems and basic control systems.
6. Wide temperature and humidity adaptability, capable of long-term stable operation in harsh industrial control cabinet environments, resistant to vibration and electromagnetic interference.
7. Safety programs are executed independently and physically isolated from ordinary control systems to prevent non safety programs from interfering with safety interlock actions.
8. The hardware comes with a watchdog circuit, which automatically triggers a safety failure and directs to the safety side once the program runs away.
