Rexroth TVD1.3-15-03 is a non regenerative power supply module for the Rexroth DIAX series servo system, serving as the DC bus power supply unit for the entire multi axis servo drive system. TVD1.3-15-03 rectifies and stabilizes three-phase AC power, outputs a stable 320V DC bus voltage, and provides power supply for multiple TDM/TDA servo drive modules in the backend. At the same time, it outputs control power to supply the electronic circuit of the drive board. TVD1.3-15-03 has a built-in release brake circuit that absorbs the regenerative electrical energy generated by motor deceleration; A single power supply can drive up to 10 servo axes, widely used in multi axis motion control equipment.

Product features

1. Non feedback power supply design, the regenerative energy generated by motor deceleration is consumed through a built-in discharge resistor, without the need to feedback to the power grid. The matching braking resistor can enhance the discharge capacity.
2. With a continuous output power of 15kW and a short-term peak power of up to 45kW, it meets the impact load requirements of multi axis servo simultaneous acceleration and can carry up to 10 servo axes.
3. Integrate internal main contactor, complete pre charging when powered on, suppress power on surge current, and protect the backend servo module.
4. Simultaneously provide the main DC bus and 24V, ± 15V control power supply to supply power to both the driving power circuit and the control circuit.
5. Complete hardware protection mechanism, real-time monitoring of overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, and overtemperature, cutting off output in case of failure, protecting the entire servo drive.
6. A wired internal system bus that communicates quickly with the backend servo drive, transmitting power status and fault alarm signals.
7. Modular driving architecture, which can be combined with NAM incoming line filtering module and TBM auxiliary braking module to expand system performance, with flexible combinations.
8. Industrial grade metal shell, resistant to workshop dust environment, with good heat dissipation structure, suitable for long-term continuous operation.
9. The panel status indicator light intuitively displays the power operation and fault status, making it convenient for on-site maintenance and troubleshooting.
