NDRIVECP30-S is a compact high-precision digital servo amplifier from the Aerotech Ndrive CP series, used in conjunction with the A3200 distributed motion control system. The NDRIVECP30-S driver is used to drive linear motors, brushless permanent magnet servo motors, and brushed DC motors. It performs closed-loop control of current loop, speed loop, and position loop, achieving microsecond level synchronization and ultra-low jitter ultra precision motion control. It receives instructions from the upper level motion controller, outputs driving power, and collects encoder feedback to complete actions such as positioning, trajectory interpolation, and synchronous triggering. NDRIVECP30-S is the core driving unit for high-end precision equipment motion axes.

1. Double precision floating-point DSP core, high bandwidth three loop closed-loop algorithm, extremely low positioning jitter, suitable for nanometer level precision motion.
2. Hardware synchronization port, multi axis linkage synchronization accuracy can reach microsecond level, and excellent synchronization trajectory consistency.
3. Integrated STO safety torque shutdown function, meeting high-end equipment safety standards and supporting safety interlocking.
4. Support feedback from both primary and secondary encoders, enabling dual loop control and suppressing mechanical resonance.
5. Equipped with a 40W discharge resistor, it absorbs feedback energy without the need for an additional external braking resistor.
6. It can drive linear motors, rotary servo motors, and brushed DC motors, with a wide range of motor adaptability.
7. High speed trigger output, can be bound to the motion position, used for laser light output and image acquisition synchronization.
8. Improve fault diagnosis by locking alarms for faults such as short circuits, overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and undervoltage.
9. Compact guide rail installation structure, small size, saving installation space for control cabinets.
