330103-00-04-02-00 is a Bently Nevada 3300XL series 8mm eddy current non-contact probe with M10 × 1 thread, equipped with a 0.5m three-axis non armored cable and a miniature ClickLoc connector. 330103-00-04-05-02-00 is based on the principle of eddy current and does not touch the surface of the rotating shaft. It collects signals of changes in the gap between the rotating shaft and the probe end face, and cooperates with extension cables and 330180 series preamplifiers to measure shaft vibration, shaft displacement, differential expansion, and key phase speed; The signal is sent to the 3500 and 2300 monitoring systems to achieve rotating machinery status monitoring and interlock protection, meeting the API-670 standard. 330103-00-04-05-02-00 is the front-end sensing core component of the unit status monitoring system.

1. 8mm standard eddy current probe, fully threaded M10 × 1 installation structure, probe body length 40mm, suitable for compact installation space of bearing box.
2. Comes with a 0.5m three-axis non armored cable, micro gold-plated ClickLoc connector, and an extension cable to form a complete sensor system. The components are factory matched and calibrated, and do not require separate calibration for use as a set.
3. Simultaneously support static displacement and dynamic vibration measurement, with frequency response covering static to high-frequency vibration, taking into account shaft displacement, shaft vibration, and key phase acquisition.
4. The probe end is made of PEEK material, with a stainless steel shell that is resistant to lubricating oil and high temperature, and is suitable for high-temperature oil mist working conditions in the bearing box.
5. Strictly follow the API-670 rotating machinery monitoring standard, resist radio frequency and electromagnetic interference, and ensure stable signal output.
6. Compatible with the full range of Bentley monitoring equipment such as 3500 and 2300, the entire system includes probes, extension cables, and preamplifiers that must match the total length.
