Bently Nevada 991-06-70-01-05 is a 991 series axial thrust transmitter, a single channel axial displacement transmission device from Bently (Baker Hughes), used in conjunction with a 3300 NSv eddy current probe.

Product features

1. Two wire circuit power supply, simple wiring, relying only on 4-20mA circuit power supply, no need for additional independent power supply, low on-site wiring cost.
2. Integrated front-end transmission and front-end sensor function, no need for a separate external front-end sensor, directly paired with 3300 NSv probe to form an axis displacement monitoring system.
3. Built in fault protection circuit (Not OK), which suppresses high output errors and avoids system false alarms when the probe is disconnected, short circuited, or loosely connected.
4. Support dynamic diagnostic signal output, BNC interface outputs raw gap voltage signal, can be connected to oscilloscope to collect dynamic waveform, convenient for troubleshooting the unit.
5. The zero point and range of the potentiometer can be adjusted by opening the cover, adapting to the installation and calibration needs of different units.
6. Fully sealed protective structure, able to withstand high humidity condensation environment, dustproof and moisture-proof, suitable for industrial control cabinets or on-site installation near the machine.
7. Power on suppression function, which suppresses abnormal signal output at the moment of power on to avoid power on disturbance causing protection system misoperation.
   8. Long distance signal transmission, the maximum transmission distance from the transmitter to the control system can reach 13km, suitable for long-distance monitoring in large factory areas
