DEIF AGC-4 Mk II Multi functional Generator Set Controller

The AGC-4 Mk II is a Danish DEIF Multi Line2 series multifunctional generator set controller that supports single machine, multi machine parallel, grid connection, and islanded microgrid control. The hardware is modular and can be used with an external display unit TDU107. The AGC-4 Mk II is widely used for controlling and protecting land and ship generator sets.

Main function:

1. Implement self starting AMF for mains power failure: automatically start the generator set in case of mains power abnormality, and automatically switch back to mains power and shut down for cooling after mains power is restored;
2. Complete the collection of electrical parameters such as generator voltage, current, power, and frequency, integrate complete relay protection functions, and achieve unit tripping and shutdown alarm in case of faults;
3. The generator set automatically synchronizes with the grid, distributes active/reactive loads, and supports parallel power management for up to 32 units;
4. Output control of speed regulator and AVR voltage regulator to achieve closed-loop regulation of unit speed and voltage;
5. Built in M-Logic programmable logic, customizable control logic to achieve load shedding, peak shaving and valley filling, and islanding operation;
6. Communicate with the upper SCADA system through Modbus and CAN bus to achieve remote monitoring, parameter modification, and fault alarm uploading;
7. Support collaboration with ASC-4 energy storage controllers to achieve hybrid microgrid control of diesel generators, photovoltaics, and batteries;
