ELAU MC-4/11/10/400 is a highly integrated compact driver designed for multi axis synchronous control, compatible with power switches such as IGBT and MOSFET, and suitable for 600V/650V/1200V systems.
Advanced protection and safety features: The independent gate opening/closing pin provides a peak driving current of 8A, FluxLink ™ The technology achieves reliable insulation between the primary and secondary sides, with a working temperature range of -40 ° C~125 ° C and high common mode transient immunity.
Fast response: transmission delay of only 260 ns, jitter of ± 5 ns, maximum switching frequency of 250 kHz, suitable for high-speed motion control scenarios.
