The ELAU PacDrive 4 series MC-4/11/22/400 is a three-phase servo drive. Suitable for three-phase 380-480V industrial power grids, widely supporting high-speed packaging, printing, textile, and multi axis linkage automation production lines.

Core function

• Three loop high-precision servo control
  Simultaneously execute closed-loop operations for current loop, speed loop, and position loop, accurately control servo motor torque, speed, and positioning, and meet high dynamic processes such as high-speed cutting, tracking synchronization, and electronic cam.
• Multi axis synchronous motion control
  Supports up to 8-axis real-time synchronization, with complex motion functions such as electronic gears, flying shears, and color tracking, suitable for multi linkage automation equipment.
• Multi bus interconnection and intercommunication
  Integrated with industrial buses such as EtherCAT, CANopen, Profibus DP, Modbus TCP, etc., it can be connected to PacController controllers, upper MES, touch screens, and achieve network control of the entire line.
• Compatible with multiple types of encoder signals
  Supports mainstream feedback interfaces such as EnDat, HIPERFACE DSL, and rotary transformers, and is compatible with various ELAUs and third-party servo motors.
