A6500-UM is a universal measurement and monitoring card for Emerson AMS 6500 ATG system, belonging to TSI rotating machinery protection module of API 670 standard. A6500-UM supports signal acquisition and processing from multiple types of sensors, and can measure key mechanical parameters such as relative shaft vibration, absolute shaft vibration, eccentricity, axial displacement, differential expansion, rotational speed, key phase, and casing vibration; A6500-UM will compare the collected signals with the alarm threshold, output alarm and trip relay signals, achieve status monitoring and safety protection of rotating equipment, prevent major mechanical damage to the equipment, and output analog signals for predictive maintenance analysis of the equipment.
