95UVS1E-1CEX is a Fireye InSight 95 series explosion-proof integrated ultraviolet flame scanner with a built-in microprocessor and flame relay, without the need for an additional external flame amplifier. 95UVS1E-1CEX relies on UV spectroscopy to detect gas and fuel flames, analyze flame flicker characteristics, and determine the presence or extinguishing status of flames; Equipped with flame intensity 4-20mA analog output, flame relay and fault relay switch output, signal sent to BMS combustion management system, quickly cut off fuel circuit when extinguishing, to prevent furnace explosion. CEX stands for explosion-proof enclosure, and 95UVS1E-1CEX is suitable for flame safety monitoring of burners in flammable and explosive hazardous areas such as chemical, oil and gas.

1. Integrated design, sensors, signal processing circuits, and flame relays are all integrated into the explosion-proof enclosure, eliminating the need for external amplifiers and simplifying BMS system wiring.
2. UV sensing, specifically designed to identify gas and fuel flames, can distinguish between real flames and high-temperature background radiation in the furnace, effectively avoiding false alarms.
3. Built in hardware full self diagnosis, real-time monitoring of sensor and circuit faults, fault relay action and output alarm signals.
4.  Ex d IIC T6 explosion-proof cast aluminum shell meets the installation requirements in hazardous areas and is suitable for flammable and explosive working conditions.
5.  The flame threshold and sensor gain can be configured and adjusted on site, supporting 2 sets of stored parameter files to adapt to different fuel conditions.
6.  4-20mA analog output, flame intensity signal uploaded to DCS, real-time monitoring of flame status changes.
7.  Support instrument blowing air interface, continuously blowing optical lenses to prevent smoke and dust from contaminating the lenses.
8.  NEMA4X/IP66 protection, dustproof and waterproof, resistant to harsh environments such as high temperature, dust, and oil mist in industrial sites.
