GE Mark VI IS200TBCIH2C Contact Input Isolation Terminal Board

IS200TBCIH2C is a contact input isolation terminal board for GE Speedtronic Mark VI turbine control system. Used for gas turbine and steam turbine control cabinets, responsible for on-site dry contact switch signal access, signal isolation, and noise suppression. IS200TBCIH2C serves as a signal wiring interface board between on-site equipment and I/O packs, collecting switch signals such as valve feedback, limit switches, protective contacts, and local status. It is widely used in power generation and petrochemical combined cycle turbine control systems.

Product function
  1. Centralized access of on-site switch signals: Collect various dry contact signals, including valve position feedback, emergency stop, interlocking contacts, local operation switches and other discrete state signals.
  2. Signal isolation and anti-interference: Onboard optoelectronic isolation, surge suppression, and high-frequency filtering circuits block ground loops and electromagnetic interference, protecting backend I/O components from on-site noise impact.
  3. Contact excitation distribution: Provide excitation voltage to passive dry contacts on site, and after the contacts are closed, the circuit conducts, converting the on-site state into a digital signal recognizable by the controller.
  4. Standardized wiring transfer: Provides detachable screw terminal blocks for easy on-site wiring, maintenance, and module replacement, reducing wiring risks caused by direct plugging and unplugging of I/O packs.
  5. Fault protection and signal conditioning: limiting input circuit current, preventing surges, and reducing the probability of control system damage caused by on-site short circuits and transient high voltages.
  6. Docking with Mark VI I/O components: Connect the corresponding I/O pack through onboard connectors, and send the sorted contact signals to the controller for interlocking, protection, and logic operations.
