Honeywell 900H32-0102 32 channel DC digital output module

900H32-0102 is a high-density DC digital output IO module specifically designed for the Honeywell ControlEdge HC900 hybrid controller platform. It belongs to the high side leakage current source output card, with a single module integrated with 32 independent switch output channels, suitable for 24VDC industrial field actuator drivers. 900H32-0102 adopts a modular backplane direct insertion structure, supports electric hot plugging, and is equipped with European style 36 pin terminal block wiring. It is widely used in HC900 control systems for process industries such as boilers, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.

Logical instruction output execution:
Receive switch control instructions from the HC900 controller CPU, output 24VDC level signals, drive DC load devices such as on-site solenoid valves, sound and light alarms, small relays, indicator lights, etc., and complete basic logic control such as valve switching, equipment start stop, and status prompts.
Large scale centralized point output:
Single module 32 channel high-density design, compared to 16 point output modules, can reduce cabinet card slot occupation, lower system hardware costs and cabinet wiring complexity, suitable for complete automation equipment with a large number of points.
Group isolation distribution control:
32 channels are divided into 2 groups of 16 channel electrical isolation zones, each with an independent external power supply, which can achieve separate power supply for different circuit loads, avoid mutual interference between different equipment power supplies, and improve the system’s anti-interference ability.
