It detects the UV radiation generated by fuel combustion to determine the true state of flames in the furnace, and is a core component of combustion safety protection. C7012E1112/U must be used in conjunction with R7247C/R7847C flame amplifiers for industrial burner flame monitoring.

- Real time monitoring of flames from gas, fuel, and coal powder burners; If there is a valid flame signal output from the fire, a shutdown signal will be sent to the combustion safety controller to trigger the safety interlock to cut off the fuel and prevent furnace explosion accidents.
- Built in dynamic self checking shutter mechanism continuously verifies whether the probe sensor is normal, avoiding the dangerous failure mode of “no fire false alarm with fire” caused by probe damage, and meeting the safety regulations for continuous operation of combustion equipment.
- Convert the flame ultraviolet signal into an electrical signal and transmit it to the supporting flame amplifier and combustion management system to participate in ignition and extinguishing protection logic.
- Support parallel connection of two probes to improve the reliability of low load flame detection and reduce false shutdown situations
