900U02-0100 is a SIL2 safety grade universal I/O module that is compatible with the Honeywell ControlEdge HC900 controller. 900U02-0100 integrates 16 customizable channels, without the need to distinguish between analog input, analog output, digital quantity, and temperature acquisition dedicated boards. The module is compatible with various on-site sensors and actuator signals, while meeting the requirements of conventional process control and SIS safety loop use. It comes with HART protocol and can be connected to intelligent transmitters. It is widely used in chemical, energy, water treatment, and boiler combustion management systems.

A single module with 16 channels can be independently configured to collect on-site measurement signals such as 4-20mA current, voltage, thermal resistance RTD, thermocouple TC, and switch DI. The on-site physical quantities are converted into digital signals recognizable by the controller to complete the collection of process parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, and flow rat - Control instruction output driver
Support analog AO and digital DO output, receive controller operation instructions, output 4-20mA control regulating valves, output switch signals to control solenoid valves, fans, pumps and other equipment, achieve closed-loop regulation and equipment start stop logic control.
