IS220PSVOH1A Servo terminal board and control system module

IS220PSVOH1A is a servo control module (also known as servo control package) specially developed by General Electric (GE) for its Mark VI/Mark VIe series control systems. IS220PSVOH1A is located at the electrical interface layer of the system, responsible for converting control system instructions into signals that can be recognized by servo drives, and feeding back the position signals of servo valves to the upper controller, thereby achieving precise control of key actuators such as steam and gas turbines.
Compatibility: Suitable for GE Mark VI and Mark VIe distributed control systems, able to directly access the system’s Ethernet network and TSVO servo terminal board
Servo valve control: IS220PSVOH1A processes the position circuits of two servo valves through an internal WSVO servo drive module, achieving high-precision position, speed, and torque control
Modular design: adopting standardized VME/modular appearance, easy to quickly plug and replace in the cabinet, supporting automatic or manual reconfiguration
Self diagnosis and indication: The front panel is equipped with multiple sets of LED indicator lights (network status, power, attention, ENA1/2, etc.), which can display the module’s operating status in real time and provide fault self diagnosis information
