Emerson SE4022 KJ3243X1-BK1 is a high-performance input-output controller with a 32-bit processor architecture that supports real-time operating systems (such as DeltaV or AMS Suite) and can handle complex control algorithms (such as PID tuning and logic operations). SE4022 provides 64KB internal flash and 4KB data flash, supports multitasking, and has good scalability.
In terms of communication protocols, this module supports mainstream industrial communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP and EtherNet/IP, and can be integrated with upper computer systems (such as DeltaV) or third-party devices. In addition, it also supports hot swappable functionality for easy installation and maintenance.

The input voltage range of  SE4022 KJ3243X1-BK1 is 24Vdc/120Vac, with a typical power consumption of 1.8W. Low power consumption is designed to reduce operating costs. Its working temperature range is -20 to 70 ° C, suitable for harsh industrial environments. The module protection level reaches IP18, suitable for high humidity (5% -95% RH) and high temperature (55 ° C) environments. SE4022 KJ3243X1-BK1 is typically installed in DeltaV I/O cabinets using rail mounting. Users can customize programming through Emerson’s Control Builder tool, including creating control logic, safety interlocks, and more. In addition, the module supports remote online updates through EMI/ESD firmware update tools.
