MOOG D635-671E is an electro-hydraulic servo valve designed for high-precision flow (or pressure) control, commonly used in systems such as aviation, industrial automation, injection molding, and metal forming that require fast and smooth hydraulic response. The D635-671E adopts a two-stage (pilot main valve) structure, with a dual nozzle flapper torque motor in the pilot section and a closed center four-way slide valve in the main valve, which can achieve closed-loop control of position, speed, pressure, or force.

Zero flow regulation: D635-671E is achieved through mechanical or magnetic (torque motor) methods. Mechanical regulation uses an eccentric bushing fixed pin on the top of the valve body, with an adjustable range of at least ± 10% zero flow
External pilot supply (X port): can be connected to an external pilot oil circuit to improve response speed
Valve body structure: two-stage flow control: pilot section (dual nozzle baffle)+main valve section (closed center four-way slide valve)
Applicable medium: Conventional hydraulic oil (with high cleanliness requirements, recommended ISO 4406<13/10)
Temperature range: -15 ° F~+180 ° F (-26 ° C~+82 ° C)
Sealing material: The standard version uses Viton (V), but Buna-N (B) or EPR (E) can also be selected
Installation method: Install in any direction, fixed or movable flange is acceptable, and the flange size complies with ISO 10372-04-04-0-92 standard
Flow range (typical): 5 to 80 gpm (approximately 0.3 to 5 L/s) at 1000 psi (≈ 70 bar) pressure.

Zero flow adjustable: The mechanical zeroing device (eccentric bushing) and magnetic side torque motor are used in a dual manner to ensure accurate zero flow setting within ± 10% range, facilitating rapid start and stop of the system.
High pressure capability: The rated working pressure of 210 bar meets the requirements of most industrial hydraulic systems.
Wide power supply compatibility: 24V DC power supply, combined with 0-10V analog control signals, easy to integrate with PLC, motion control card or dedicated driver.
Dual adjustment path: It can use internal mechanical zeroing or external pilot oil circuit (X port) to improve response speed and adapt to different control strategies.
Reliability: D635-671E adopts Moog’s classic two-stage structure and high-quality sealing materials, suitable for high dynamic and long-life application scenarios.
