NI PXI-8108 PXI Chassis Specific 3U Embedded Controller
PXI-8108 is a 3U embedded controller specifically designed for NI (National Instruments) PXI chassis. The PXI-8108 controller is inserted into the system slot of the PXI chassis and is equipped with an Intel Core 2 dual core processor. It communicates at high speed with modular instruments such as acquisition cards, signal sources, and switch modules inside the chassis through the PXI backplane bus; Run Windows system, support LabVIEW and TestStand software, complete data acquisition, signal operation, automated test sequence execution, data storage, and network communication. PXI-8108 serves as the host of the entire PXI modular testing platform, and can build an integrated testing and measurement system without the need for an external PC.

- Integrated GPIB interface, which can directly control external desktop instruments, saving additional GPIB cards and PXI chassis slots.
- Built in gigabit Ethernet port, supporting high-speed data upload, making it convenient to upload test data to the server.
- The front panel has rich interfaces, including USB, RS232 serial port, and parallel port, which can directly connect to the monitor, keyboard and mouse, and serial port of the tested device.
- Equipped with ExpressCard expansion slots, CAN, eSATA and other peripheral interfaces can be added as needed for flexible expansion.
