VCP05.2DSN-003-NN-PW is a compact button type industrial control panel produced by Rexroth in the IndraControl VCP05.2 series. Compatible with the entire motion control platform of Rexroth IndraMotion servo and IndraLogic PLC. VCP05.2DSN-003-NN-NN-PW adopts a 3-inch 5-grayscale FSTN monochrome LCD+fully physical button integrated design, with a compact size and embedded installation in the cabinet. It is designed for easy on-site monitoring and parameter debugging of equipment, suitable for installation in single machine control cabinets and operation boxes with limited space.

The screen displays the servo axis position, speed, pressure, temperature, IO point, production count, and fault alarm codes in real-time. It supports simple curve and status icon display, and can view the overall working conditions of the machine without the need for an upper computer on site. - Equipment start stop and manual operation control
The panel integrates multiple sets of custom function buttons, which can directly perform device start, stop, reset, single axis jog, mode switching and other operations, replacing external button stations to simplify wiring. - On site modification of process parameters and formula calling
Enter speed and limit through physical buttons PID、 Processing formula and other parameters, supporting local storage and retrieval of multiple sets of formulas, meeting the needs of frequent production changes and debugging. - Fault alarm viewing and reset confirmation
