VM350 0608750110 is a rack mounted power supply module provided by Bosch Rexroth for the 350 series tightening assembly system. VM350 is a dedicated core power supply unit for BT356 card rack and SB356 system chassis.
Core function
- Centralized power supply for the entire system: providing DC bus intermediate circuit voltage and system control power supply for all control boards and power drive units in the rack, which is the energy supply core of the entire tightening system
- External 24V auxiliary power supply: Output standard 24V DC to supply power to external solenoid valves, sensors, and actuators on the production line.
- Continuous power supply during power outage: The front-end X1S1 24V external interface can continuously supply power to KE, SE, and LT measurement and control modules during power outage/shutdown to prevent data tightening and program loss.
- Safety emergency stop control: Integrate an emergency stop safety circuit with performance level d, cut off power output, and meet industrial equipment safety standards.
- Fault monitoring and reset: Equipped with status indicator lights and panel reset buttons, it can monitor input voltage, module temperature, and bus faults in real time, and quickly troubleshoot power supply abnormalities.
