Compatible with A4VS (HS4 control) and A2V (EO4 control) variable piston pumps, it is the core closed-loop control card for injection molding, metallurgy, and forging heavy-duty hydraulic equipment;
Core function
- Fully closed-loop precise control of plunger pump
Real time collection of pump tilt angle and system inlet and outlet pressure feedback, completing triple closed-loop calculation of swing angle, constant pressure stabilization, and power limitation, outputting driving current to control the pump proportional solenoid, and continuously adjusting the pump output flow rate and pressure. - Quick switching of multiple sets of operating parameters
Equipped with 16 digital input channels, it can store multiple sets of pressure, slope, and power limit parameter groups, and switch different process curves such as no-load, pressure holding, and processing with one click through DI signals. - Industrial bus networking communication
Equipped with RS232 local debugging port and PROFIBUS-DP bus interface, it can interact with the upper PLC to operate parameters and fault codes. A single system can have up to 32 boards synchronously linked with multiple pump units. - Slope buffering and leakage compensation
Built in pressure and swing angle command slope time setting to avoid pressure impact; Equipped with a leakage compensation algorithm, it can maintain stable control accuracy during long-term operation.
