D201136L (DI16C) is a 16 channel digital input module in the ACN I/O series of Valmet DNA DCS system. D201136L collects on-site switch type digital signals, including passive/active switch signals such as valve limit, pump operation status, relay contacts, liquid level switches, pressure switches, etc. It converts the on-site switch status into digital signals and transmits them to the DCS controller through the ACN backplane bus. D201136L is used for equipment status monitoring, interlock logic judgment, and alarm triggering. D201136L is the core card for DCS system to collect on-site discrete switch signals.

1. 16 channel high-density switch acquisition, grouped and isolated in groups of 4 channels to suppress inter group interference and improve signal acquisition stability.
2.  Supports two types of on-site signals, 24VDC active and passive dry contacts, and is compatible with various digital sensors such as valves, pumps, switches, etc.
3. Equipped with grouped fault diagnosis function, it can identify channel power supply abnormalities, upload fault information to DCS system, and quickly locate fault circuits.
