D201435L CXW is the core process controller of the ACN series in the ValmetDNA DCS system, serving as the main control unit for the entire DNA system. D201435L is responsible for executing DCS continuous adjustment logic, sequential control, and process safety interlock operations; Exchange on-site collected data and output commands with all ACN I/O cards (D201134L, D201136L, D201126L, D201129L, D201436L, etc.) in the rack through the ACN high-speed backplane bus; D201435L comes with multiple Ethernet ports to support redundant Ethernet, enabling data exchange with operation stations, other controllers, and third-party devices, completing real-time closed-loop control, alarm processing, and trend data collection for the entire plant process.

1. The DNA ACN rack core controller supports 1:1 controller redundancy configuration, and automatically switches to the backup controller without disturbance when the main controller fails, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the device.
2. Equipped with high-performance embedded CPU and millisecond level control cycle, it can simultaneously process a large number of analog quantity adjustments, switch interlocks, and sequential control programs to meet complex process control requirements.
