PCA-DPIO 1120115024 is a Woodhead Profibus DP industrial communication+digital I/O interface board. PCU-DPIO integrates Profibus DP fieldbus master/slave communication interfaces and isolated digital input/output channels to achieve discrete signal acquisition and control output between industrial control hosts and on-site PLCs, sensors, and relay devices; On the one hand, it completes the transmission and reception of Profibus bus data, and on the other hand, it collects the status of on-site switches, outputs interlocking control signals, uploads the status of on-site equipment to the industrial control host, and issues control instructions to the host. PCA-DPIO is an integrated bus and I/O board for industrial PC automation control systems.

Product features

1. PCI card type integrated design, integrating Profibus DP bus communication and 8-channel DI+8-channel DO digital channels. One board can simultaneously achieve fieldbus communication and switch acquisition control, saving industrial computer slots.
2. All I/O channels adopt optocoupler isolation to isolate the site from the internal logic circuit of the board, resist on-site surges and interference, and protect the industrial control host.
3. Profibus DP supports free configuration of master/slave modes, with a maximum bus speed of 12Mbps, and is compatible with traditional Profibus automation networks.
4. Supports multiple operating systems, compatible with Windows, Linux, VxWorks, QNX real-time operating systems, suitable for real-time control platforms in power plants and industrial equipment.
5. Onboard hardware status indicator light, used for diagnosing bus status and channel input/output status, facilitating on-site fault location.
6. A single industrial computer can install up to multiple boards of the same series simultaneously to achieve channel expansion.
