9907-1200 is a 10 bar (approximately 145 psi) single acting steam turbine valve servo positioning dedicated electro-hydraulic pressure regulating valve controller belonging to the Woodward CPC-II series. It adopts an enhanced dynamic design and is suitable for single circuit (simplex) or optional dual redundant configurations.9907-1200 converts 4-20 mA analog current signals into corresponding oil pressure to achieve precise valve positioning, widely used in steam turbine valves, gas valves, and related speed/load control systems.
Function:
High precision and fast response: The oil pressure control error corresponding to 4-20 mA input is ≤ ± 0.2% FS, and the response time is<2mm, meeting the high-speed positioning requirements of steam valves.
Enhanced dynamic characteristics: Improved hydraulic valve body and electronic drive ensure stable pressure output even during high load transients.
Flexible installation and interface: using standardized adapter blocks, it can be directly assembled into the oil supply, discharge, and valve servo ports of existing hydraulic systems; Fixed with four screws, supports installation in any posture.
Reliable electrical design: wide external power supply range (18-32   V), maximum output driving current of 500   mA, with short-circuit protection and recoverable; The internal 4-20 mA pressure sensor has self diagnostic function.
Optional redundancy: 9907-1200 provides a dual redundancy (Master/Slave) solution to enhance the reliability of critical steam valve systems.
