LTI Motion CDF30.002, C3.0 Compact DC Servo Driver

CDF30.002, C3.0 are compact DC powered servo drives from the German LTI Motion CDF3000 series, with a rated power of 470W. CDF30.002, C3.0 are used to receive instructions from the upper PLC or motion controller, drive the DC brushless servo motor, and achieve closed-loop control of position, speed, and torque; CDF30.002, C3.0 supports CANopen bus communication and has built-in positioning and motion control functions. The CDF30.002, C3.0 drivers are powered by 24-48VDC DC and have a compact size, making them suitable for space limited equipment. They are used for precise point positioning and speed control, and are commonly used in automated small actuators.

1. Low voltage DC 24-48V power supply, ultra compact design of the whole machine, suitable for narrow installation space.
2. Supports three control modes: position, speed, and torque, with built-in point positioning function and multiple sets of prefabricated motion process programs.
3. CANopen bus interface, which can be connected to the automation bus network to achieve multi axis networking linkage; Simultaneously supporting analog command control.
4. The encoder interface is compatible with incremental and SSI absolute encoders, with high precision in position closed-loop control.
5. Equipped with a built-in brake chopper and an external brake resistor to meet the requirements of rapid deceleration conditions.
6.  Integrated full set of protection functions: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, short circuit, encoder fault, motor PTC overheating protection.
7.  Equipped with DriveManager debugging software, supporting parameter configuration, waveform acquisition, and fault record reading.
8.  The panel LED indicator light intuitively displays the power, operation, and fault status.
9. Built in simple motion PLC can independently complete simple motion logic, reducing the burden on the upper controller.
