Woodward CPC-II 9907-1102 Current to Hydraulic Pressure Converter
9907-1102 is the second-generation current to hydraulic pressure converter of Woodward CPC-II series, which belongs to the core component of the steam turbine electro-hydraulic control system. The equipment receives a 4-20mA standard current signal output from the DCS/speed controller, linearly converts the electrical signal into a stable hydraulic control pressure output, drives the main steam valve and regulating valve servo actuator of the steam turbine, achieves continuous adjustment of valve opening, thereby controlling the steam inlet of the steam turbine and achieving closed-loop regulation of speed and load. 9907-1102 has built-in oil pollution resistance, valve linear compensation, and hardware self diagnostic functions, which monitor the real-time operation status of the converter itself and output alarm signals in case of faults. 9907-1102 is the conversion hub between electrical signals and hydraulic actuators in the DEH electro-hydraulic speed control system of a steam turbine.
