9907-162 is a microprocessor based digital turbine governor from the Woodward 505 Turbine controller series, with a power supply specification of 180~264VAC, specifically designed for steam turbines with single valve, single extraction/replenishment, or split range actuator configurations. 9907-162 This controller collects signals from magnetic electric speed probes, completes closed-loop regulation of turbine speed, and supports extraction pressure and load control; It can output driving signals to directly control the turbine actuator, adjust the opening of the steam valve, and control the inlet steam flow. Integrated overspeed protection, various process interlocks, alarm logic, built-in operation panel, supports local parameter settings and status monitoring, and can also upload data to DCS system through communication interface. It is the core control device of DEH speed control for small steam turbines.
