ZM411 is a German SAM (Schaltanlagenbau M ü ller) series PLC system digital input/output hybrid I/O module, which belongs to the old industrial control system supporting board. The ZM411 module is responsible for collecting digital input signals such as on-site switches, proximity switches, relay contacts, etc., and uploading them to the SAM series CPU; Simultaneously receiving controller instructions to output switch signals, driving on-site execution components such as solenoid valves, contactors, indicator lights, etc., to achieve logical control of equipment start stop and status feedback.

• 32 channel mixed digital I/O, 16 digital inputs+16 digital outputs, a single module simultaneously completes signal acquisition and switch driving, reducing rack occupation of slots.
• The input supports two types of wiring: source type and drain type, which can be adapted to different types of on-site proximity switches and passive dry contact signals.
•  Channel grouping electrical isolation, suppression of on-site ground loop interference, single channel short circuit protection, fault channel does not affect the operation of other channels.
• The channel can be configured with input filtering to filter out on-site mechanical contact jitter and instantaneous interference pulses, avoiding false triggering.
•  Each channel has an independent LED status indicator light, providing a visual view of channel connectivity and fault status, making on-site troubleshooting quick and convenient.
• Standard SAM Z series backplane bus, plug and play rack installation, supports module hot plugging, and does not require a complete system shutdown for maintenance and replacement.
•  Transistor output type, fast response speed, suitable for driving solenoid valves, small relays, and high-frequency switch logic scenarios
•  Industrial grade circuit board design, resistant to vibration and electromagnetic interference, suitable for harsh working conditions around workshop frequency converters and motors.
