FSC-IO 4RO/1AO belongs to the IO expansion module supporting the Saacke SEAVIS combustion management system, and is the signal output expansion unit of the industrial boiler burner safety control system. The module is connected to the FSC main controller bus, which includes 4 relay outputs (RO) and 1 analog output (AO); 4-channel relay dry contacts are used to output burner start stop, valve control, fault alarm, and status indication switch signals; 1 channel of 4-20mA analog output is used to output continuous adjustment control signals for load, air door, and gas valve. FSC-IO 4RO/1AO is specifically designed for safe sequential control and continuous adjustment of gas/oil burners, in conjunction with FSC control to achieve ignition, flame monitoring, and fuel valve interlock protection. It is an important extension spare part of Saacke boiler combustion safety system.

1. Integrated 4-channel passive relay contact output, with strong contact isolation capability, can directly drive solenoid valves, alarm indicator lights, and external interlocking circuits.
2. Single channel 4-20mA analog output, used for continuously adjusting the damper actuator or gas regulating valve to achieve continuous adjustment of boiler load.
3. Compatible with SEAVIS FSC combustion main control bus and used in conjunction with FSC-01 main controller to expand control channels.
4. Channel electrical isolation to isolate strong electrical interference on site and prevent external surges from damaging the combustion safety control unit.
5. Channel fault diagnosis function, which can trigger fault alarms for bus disconnection, module power supply abnormalities, and channel faults.
6. DIN rail buckle installation, easy to install and disassemble, suitable for internal layout of boiler control cabinets.
7. Fault safe design, the relay returns to a safe state when the system loses power, ensuring the safe cut-off of the burner fuel valve.
8. Wide temperature working range, suitable for industrial site environments with high temperature, dust, and vibration in boiler rooms.
9. Status LED indicator light provides a visual view of module power supply, bus communication, and output channel status, facilitating on-site maintenance.
