3500/91-01-01-01 is an EGD Ethernet communication gateway module for the Bently Nevada 3500 unit protection system. It is inserted into the 3500 rack in a single slot and serves as the external Ethernet data exchange unit for the TSI monitoring system.
The function of 3500/91-01-01-01 is to collect timestamp data on vibration, displacement, speed, temperature, alarm, and trip status of all monitoring cards in the rack, and broadcast real-time unit status to DCS, SCADA, upper monitoring, and System1 diagnostic software through EGD protocol; Simultaneously receiving reset, alarm suppression, trip doubling and other instructions issued by the upper level to the rack, achieving data exchange between the rotating machinery protection system and the entire plant automation platform, meeting the communication requirements of API670 unit protection.

Product features

1. Dual port Ethernet design, supporting independent access to dual networks, can achieve network link redundancy, improve communication reliability, and avoid data interruption caused by single point network failure.
2. Based on EGD Ethernet global data protocol, UDP broadcast is used to transmit data, with low data transmission delay, suitable for high-speed status monitoring of rotating machinery.
3. Two way interaction of complete data: upload monitoring data such as vibration, shaft displacement, speed, alarm, trip, etc; Receive unit reset, alarm shielding, and trip doubling control instructions issued by the upper computer.
4. On board self diagnosis is improved, and the status indicator lights intuitively display module operation, rack bus, Ethernet link faults, and fault information is uploaded to the system.
5. Electrical isolation between the backplane and Ethernet, with an isolation voltage of 1500VAC, to suppress common mode interference between different networks and protect internal components of the rack.
6. Standard single slot structure, directly inserted into a 3500 rack, supports hot swapping, and online replacement does not affect the protection logic of other monitoring channels.
7. Meet the API670 petrochemical rotary unit protection specification and be applicable to the safety protection system of critical units.
8. Support integration with System1 software to provide continuous time-series raw data for equipment fault diagnosis, trend analysis, and predictive maintenance.
