WARTSILA PAAD033065 Host Operation Touch Screen

PAAD033065 is a touch screen for the operation of the WARTSILA UNIC engine control system. PAAD033065 serves as the local human-machine interaction window for the engine, communicating with the UNIC main control unit to display real-time operating parameters such as engine speed, exhaust temperature, oil pressure, cooling water temperature, load, alarms, fault codes, etc; PAAD033065 supports operators to perform host start stop, load adjustment, parameter viewing, alarm confirmation, fault reset, parameter configuration and other operations at the machine side. It is the core operating interface for the crew to monitor and operate the W ä rtsil ä main diesel engine/dual fuel engine locally in the cabin, and is a redundant operation station with the remote panel in the control room.

1.  Marine resistive touch screen is durable in humid and oily environments, and can be operated normally even with gloves.
2. The front panel is IP65 protected, waterproof and oil resistant, suitable for harsh working conditions in the engine room, and suitable for on-site installation near the aircraft.
3.  Native UNIC bus communication, directly connected to the W ä rtsil ä UNIC controller, dedicated firmware, cannot be replaced by general HMI
4.  Function integration: real-time parameter monitoring, alarm pop ups, fault history recording, alarm confirmation, local start stop and load operation of the host.
5. Compliant with DNV and LR ship certification, resistant to vibration, impact, and electromagnetic interference from engine rooms
6.  The matching backlight brightness can be adjusted to adapt to different environments such as strong light during the day and dark light at night in the cabin.
7. As a local operation station on the machine, it is independent of the control panel in the central control room, achieving interlocking of operations between the two locations.
8. It belongs to the specialized spare parts for old UNIC systems, which are often used for repairing and replacing existing main engines on ships.
