Exclusive adaptation to ACS6000 three-level medium voltage inverter power unit. 5SHX0445D0001 integrates IGCT power chip, anti parallel freewheeling diode, fiber optic gate drive substrate, and water-cooled cooling base. It belongs to the core power device of medium and high voltage high-power converter and is widely used in high-power motor speed control systems such as mine main drive, metallurgical rolling mill, power plant fan and water pump, and large ship propulsion.

Core function

1. High power electric energy conversion inverter
   Receive high-voltage electrical energy from the DC bus, turn on and off at high speed according to the direct torque control instructions of the main control DTC, invert the DC power into three-phase medium voltage AC power with adjustable amplitude and frequency, and drive 3-27MW medium high voltage asynchronous/synchronous motors for speed regulation and operation
2. Fiber optic isolation gate pole drive control
   The supporting integrated drive board adopts fiber optic transceiver control signals to completely isolate electromagnetic interference between high and low voltage, synchronously and accurately control the timing of IGCT opening and closing, and ensure stable current and voltage equalization of multiple modules in series/parallel.
3. Energy feedback continuous flow circuit
   Built in anti parallel freewheeling diode, conducts under motor braking and energy feedback conditions, and feeds back mechanical energy to the DC bus capacitor, achieving four quadrant operation and reducing energy consumption.
4. Multi dimensional hardware fault monitoring and protection
   Real time collection of chip junction temperature, gate voltage, circuit current, and water cooling flow signals. In the event of overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, or fiber breakage, the IGCT pulse is immediately blocked, power output is cut off, and the inverter and load motor are protected.
5. Modular and standardized power expansion
   Standardized packaging structure, multiple sets of this power assembly can be combined in series or parallel, flexibly expanding the power level of ACS6000 frequency converter, adapting to different load capacity requirements, easy disassembly and replacement, and shortening equipment shutdown and maintenance time.
