PME120-AI is an electronic angular stroke electric actuator in the ABB Contrac series, with a built-in EAI823 control electronic unit, and belongs to the continuous adjustment valve drive device. PME120-AI is responsible for receiving 4-20mA analog control signals from DCS/PLC, and outputting real-time rotational torque to drive 90 ° stroke control valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and baffles; PME120-AI simultaneously collects valve position feedback signals and sends them back to the control system to achieve closed-loop continuous regulation of flow, pressure, and liquid level. It comes with local operation, fault diagnosis, and valve position alarm functions, and is a terminal execution device in the process industry regulation loop.
