DO880 3BSE028602R1 is an ABB System 800xA S800 high integrity 16 channel digital output module that meets SIL3 functional safety certification and is compatible with AC800M-HI high integrity controllers. It is used for safety interlocking and ESD emergency stop circuit output control
DO880 3BSE028602R1 This module outputs a 24VDC source type switch signal, which drives on-site solenoid valves, relays, and actuators to complete process interlocking and emergency stop logic output. It supports single module or redundant configuration and is widely used in process industry safety related control systems.
Main function:
- Output 24VDC digital switch signal to drive on-site actuators such as solenoid valves and relays, achieving valve switching, equipment interlocking, and emergency stop action output;
- Equipped with channel level circuit diagnosis, detecting load short circuit and open circuit faults, and uploading fault information to DCS system for alarm;
- Support module redundancy configuration to ensure the reliability of safety circuit output;
- The channel is equipped with current limiting and over temperature protection to suppress the reverse impact of inductive loads and protect the card body;
- The panel LED status indicator light intuitively displays the working and fault status of the channel, facilitating on-site maintenance and troubleshooting;
