Continuously synchronously collect the running status, power supply, communication, and program operation information of the main and backup MasterPiece processors, and real-time determine whether there are hardware failures, program abnormalities, or communication interruptions in the main controller. - Non disturbance automatic redundancy switching
When the main controller fails, the module completes automatic switching within 100ms, and the backup controller seamlessly takes over all control logic, IO points, and operational data, ensuring uninterrupted and undisturbed production processes. - Synchronization of primary and backup memory with IO data
Real time bidirectional synchronization of main and backup controller memory variables, control programs, and on-site IO acquisition values ensures that the data of the two controllers is completely consistent at the moment of switching, and there will be no process parameter jumps or equipment malfunctions. - Redundant bus communication coordination
Manage the high-speed synchronous bus between the primary and backup controllers, allocate data exchange timing, avoid data conflicts between dual controllers, and ensure stable communication of the entire redundant system.
