DSQC679 3HAC028357-001 is an ABB robot standard third-generation teaching pendant. Suitable for IRC5 single cabinet, dual cabinet, Compact, Paint spray coating full range controllers, it is a handheld human-machine operation unit for robot on-site debugging, manual control, program writing, and fault diagnosis. DSQC679 is widely used in industrial robot production lines such as welding, handling, polishing, spraying, and assembly.

Core function

1. Robot manual control
   In manual mode, control the robot’s various axis movements, joint/linear/repositioning movements, and complete tool alignment and point teaching.
2. Program Editing and Running Management
   Write, modify, and call RAPID robot programs, start and stop single segment/complete programs, set program pointers and jump logic.
3. Parameter configuration and system settings
   Set system parameters such as robot load, tool coordinates, workpiece coordinates, IO signals, communication parameters, motion speed, and soft limit.
4. Real time status monitoring and troubleshooting
   Display servo alarm, IO signal status, motor temperature, program error codes, read event logs, and reset faults.
5. Security permission control
   Integrated three gear enable switch and emergency stop button, supporting administrator/operator hierarchical permissions to ensure manual operation safety.
6. Backup and recovery function
   Programs and system parameters can be backed up to built-in storage or external USB drives for quick configuration recovery during device replacement.
