ABB IOR810 S800 I/O Gateway Module
IOR810 is an S800 I/O gateway module that is compatible with the ABB Symphony Plus (HN800 bus) system, serving as a bridge conversion unit between the HN800 control bus and the S800 fiber optic Module Bus. IOR810 is responsible for collecting analog and switch signals from the S800 remote I/O cluster, forwarding on-site measurement point data to the Symphony Plus controller, and transmitting output instructions issued by the controller to the S800 I/O module; IOR810 supports long-distance expansion of I/O via fiber optic bus, enabling data exchange between control main units and decentralized I/O stations. It is the core communication gateway card for remote I/O expansion in Symphony Plus DCS system.
