ABB CPM810 is the Common Processor Module of VP800 valve position control unit, which belongs to the ABB 800 series turbine specific module and is often used in conjunction with VPM810 valve position module and TBU810 terminal base.
CPM810 is the computational core of the entire VP800 valve position control unit, which receives the valve position set value issued by the upper layer DEH/800xA/Symphony Plus through Profibus DP and executes the valve position PID closed-loop control algorithm; Interacting with VPM810 at high speed for LVDT feedback, servo drive, and loop fault information, issuing adjustment commands, while completing data filtering, limit protection, fault diagnosis, event recording, and transmitting valve status, alarm, and diagnostic information upwards, it is the main control board card for closed-loop control of steam turbine regulating valves.
