ABB VPM810 VP800 Valve Positioner Module
VPM810 belongs to the Valve Positioner Module in the VP800 valve position control component and is a specialized board for ABB 800 series turbine control. VPM810 is used in conjunction with CPM810 general-purpose processor module and TBU810 terminal base to form the VP800 valve position controller unit.
ABB VPM810 is responsible for collecting LVDT valve position feedback signals, completing signal digitization processing, and outputting servo valve drive signals to perform closed-loop position control of the turbine regulating valve; Collect valve position and circuit fault signals and upload them to CPM810, receive valve position setting instructions from the processor, drive servo coils, and achieve high-precision position adjustment of the main steam valve and regulating valve of the steam turbine. VPM810 is the core I/O drive board for steam turbine speed regulation and DEH valve control circuits.
