ACQUISITIONLOGIC AL81G is a PCI interface single channel high-speed digital acquisition card commonly used in conjunction with UTEX ultrasonic testing systems, belonging to the AL8xG series acquisition card. The core function of AL81G is to perform high-speed analog-to-digital conversion, waveform capture, and buffering on high-frequency transient RF and ultrasonic echo signals. It can receive encoder synchronous triggering and internal threshold triggering, convert analog ultrasonic signals into digital waveform data, and upload it to the industrial control host, providing raw waveform acquisition capabilities for non-destructive testing and laboratory high-frequency signal testing.

1. With a sampling rate of up to 1GS/s and 8-bit high-speed analog-to-digital conversion, it is suitable for capturing fast transient waveforms of ultrasound and radio frequency;
2. Onboard 64MS high-capacity acquisition cache, capable of continuous waveform recording for a long time, reducing PCI bus transmission pressure;
3. Supports encoder position synchronization triggering and is a typical supporting board for automated ultrasonic scanning and flaw detection equipment;
4. Multiple trigger modes available: trigger within threshold, encoder trigger, external hardware trigger, adapted to different testing processes;
5. 50 Ω standard RF impedance matching, BNC interface, directly connected to ultrasonic pulse receiver and signal generator;
6. Equipped with UTEX professional testing software, waveform acquisition, storage, and review are integrated to adapt to the non-destructive testing ecosystem;
7. PCI desktop computer slot installation, with a mature and stable structure, suitable for long-term use in industrial ultrasound scanning equipment;
